The land is located on the Blaney Road adjacent to Rathkeeland Park. M1 motorway at Dundalk (Junction 17) is just 10 minutes drive. Close to all amenities.


Planning Status:

The lands are offered for sale as “Zoned for Housing” (ref. Zoning CM8) under the draft Newry & Mourne Area Plan 2015. It had already been zoned for housing in the previous area plan. Purchasers are advised to make their own enquiries regarding the zoning.


Area:

The lands for sale extend to approx. 4.5 acres and form part of Folio 20329 Co. Armagh.


Future Development Access:
